Our Story Founded by Architects.
Driven by Design

Eleven & Co. was founded by architects Marsha Mian and Mashaal Arshad with a shared vision to create a practice rooted in thoughtful design and strong execution. The journey began with Eleven Design Co., established as an architecture and execution studio focused on delivering well-planned, buildable spaces.

As the practice grew, the scope expanded organically. In response to evolving project needs, new verticals were introduced — extending the studio into furniture and décor, execution and maintenance, event planning and styling, and Airbnb design and short-stay solutions. This natural progression shaped Eleven & Co. into a multidisciplinary design house operating under one cohesive umbrella.
